If you are looking for a puppy or a breeder please fill a different form being the breeder referral form where a small fee in billed to your credit card. If you are looking for a rescue dog then visit www.akc.org for a current list of rescue clubs or contact your local shelter. But remember you will inherit any health or socialization issues with dogs from local shelters and rescue clubs.
At 1stopfordogs.com we usually advise you to get a puppy from a breeder unless you are very good at correcting and training rescue dogs that might have social problems. Sorry, we do not have time to reply to people looking for puppies for free or inexpensive costs.
Also www.google.com is a great search engine for rescue dogs, shelters, etc.
