Graduating Animal Behavior College with honors in 2003 as a Certified Dog Trainer has given me unlimited opportunities and I am really taking advantage of them. I’ve taught both group and private, basic through advanced, classes at one of the North American pet superstores five (5) days a week, at least three (3) classes (sometimes six (6)!) of up to twelve (12) dogs, for two (2) years. I would never dare say I’ve seen it all, but I can say I’ve seen A LOT, and that nothing, at this point, surprises me! If you are looking for a trainer with experience, I definitely qualify.
Today I have my own canine consulting business, Boston WoofWorks!, serving Boston North and West, working privately with dogs from ten (10) weeks to ten plus (10+) years. I heard a great quote the other day: “Training establishes and maintains a positive relationship between dogs and people.” I’ve never been better able to explain why I train, what I love about training, and why I want to share the information with as many people as I am able.
I offer private in-home training at affordable prices that includes Basic to Advanced Training and Customized Programs for Behavior Modification. I have standard goals for each class, but you also get involved in setting some goals you’d like to reach before our work is through. I teach based on the positive reinforcement methods I learned at Animal Behavior College and other advanced study and certification. However, I do realize that everyone, animals and people, are different, so I keep that in mind when it comes to solving problems. I am always up for trying something new. Since I own Woofworks!, I make the rules and I can approach each person, dog, and situation with the unique attention they deserve.

My doggie day care business is located on 6+ acres at my residence. 3+ acres are fenced in, broken into 5 separate yards. Day care doggies get integrated into my pack and play all day. They go home smiling, happy, and covered in mud! I also work with dogs that have separation anxiety, fear and aggression issues, etc., and I love to be a facilitator in a dog’s rehabilitation. My pack really does all the work in helping a dog be a dog again. Too many humans have humanized their dogs to the point that the dogs have forgotten how to be dogs and how to have healthy interaction with other dogs.
